1. Referral Fee

Any client, buyer, or seller lead received through the Kennel Connect platform, website, or affiliated marketing channels is subject to a 25% referral fee (based on the gross side of the commission) payable to Chelsea Metteer, Keller Williams Realty Folsom, or its designated broker partner upon successful closing of a sale, lease, or related real estate transaction.

2. Accuracy of Information

You certify that all information provided is accurate and current. Kennel Connect reserves the right to verify your credentials, brokerage affiliation, and professional standing.

3. Advertising Approval

All listings, profiles, and promotional content are subject to review and approval by Kennel Connect prior to publication. Kennel Connect reserves the right to edit, decline, or remove any content that does not align with our brand standards, values, or quality expectations.

4. Independence of Agents

Agents advertising on Kennel Connect operate independently and are not employees, representatives, or partners of Kennel Connect unless separately contracted as a Preferred Partner. Advertising placement does not constitute endorsement or affiliation beyond directory inclusion.

5. Non-Exclusivity

Advertising on Kennel Connect does not grant exclusivity in any market, region, or service area. Multiple agents may appear in the same area or category.

6. Use of Submitted Materials

By submitting your information, you grant Kennel Connect permission to display your provided details (name, brokerage, service area, and professional background) on our site and in related marketing materials.

7. Termination of Listing

Kennel Connect reserves the right to suspend or remove any advertisement at its discretion, including for non-compliance, misleading information, or unprofessional conduct.

8. No Guarantee of Leads

While Kennel Connect provides visibility to a targeted audience, submission or approval of your profile does not guarantee leads or transactions.

9. Updates to Terms

Kennel Connect reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued participation in the platform following any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
